In short: UAS Wallet is a self-custody tool. You control your keys and approve every transaction. Crypto prices go up and down and you can lose money. Nothing here is investment advice.

1. Acceptance

By using UAS Wallet you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto services where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.

3. Self-custody

We never hold your private keys, recovery phrase or funds, and we cannot reverse, cancel or recover transactions. You are responsible for keeping your wallet access safe.

4. Trading and prices

Buy, sell and convert features route your order to third-party on-chain markets (for example Jupiter and Meteora). Prices, liquidity and fees are set by those markets. You see a quote and a minimum amount before you approve. We may block orders that would lose too much to low liquidity. Blockchain network fees apply.

5. Third-party services

Top-up and cash-out options (mobile money, e-wallets, cards, cash services) are provided by independent companies under their own terms, fees and identity checks. We are not responsible for their services.

6. Holder rewards

If holder rewards are active, eligible wallets may receive SOL automatically according to the rules published on the site. Rewards are not guaranteed, can change or stop, and depend on funds actually available. Past rewards do not predict future rewards.

7. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all value. Smart contracts, networks and third-party services can fail. Only use money you can afford to lose.

8. Prohibited use

No illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, attacks on the service, or impersonating others.

9. No advice

Information on this site is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from market movements, third-party services, network failures, or loss of your keys.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
